New Busdriver Video, "Me-Time (With The Pulmonary Palimpsest)"

And I'll save the best one for last. Busdriver, who you may know as contributor to Nick Thorburn-centric projects, Th' Corn Gangg and Islands, just released a new album, Jhelli Beam (which is pretty good, by the way), and with that, he's also let out his first single. "Me-Time (With The Pulmonary Palimpsest)" is, as per usual, a very fast number. Busdriver is one of the quickest rappers NOT in the game (I only say that because of his desire to exist outside of the social constructs of hip hop), and this song is no exception. Entertainingly enough, this video also has nothing to do with rapping. In what is probably the most hilarious rap video since Ludacris' "Get Back," an animatronic Busdriver terrorizes a kids' birthday party at a fictional version of Chuck E. Cheese. Priceless. I'll be speaking more about Busdriver tomrrow, but until then, you'll be sure to get a kick out of this video.
